We maintain exceptionally high standards, recruiting only the most qualified educators who combine strong academic credentials with the ability to inspire and motivate students.

All tutors must successfully complete a Vulnerable Sector Background Check as a mandatory requirement for employment.

Tutors must have a thorough understanding of teaching techniques and learning styles.
Enthusiasm
We look for friendly, patient and enthusiastic individuals who are motivated to see their students succeed.
Expertise
All tutors must demonstrate expertise on subject matter and excellent knowledge of school curriculum.
Experience
Tutors must possess an Ontario Certified Teaching degree, prior teaching, mentoring or coaching experience. Strong teaching skills exemplified during interview.
